Your job responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and/or in-person lobby traffic, working to resolve customer billing issues, and using your charm to explain our products and features.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of three to four years’ background in a Call Center environment. In any case, you’ll need at least one to two years’ working in a service capacity; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; the ability to troubleshoot technical problems with products and services lines; and the willingness to work overtime, weekends and extended holidays as needed.
