Manage Your Experience With Our New Features

• Specify your career interests and preferences.
• Save your applications in “draft” to revisit later.
• Save job as “favorites” in your profile for future consideration.
• Monitor the status of your application.
• Change your username and reset your password.
• Search position by state and sort the results by city.

Helpful Tips

How to change your User name/Password:

• If you received a Comcast Email regarding your existing profile, please use the information provided to access and update your information on the login page.
• If you do not have an existing profile, take full advantage of the tools by creating a new profile.
• If you have forgotten your password you can elect to have a new temporary password sent to your e-mail address. You can cut and paste the temporary password into the login page and you will be prompted to create a new password.

Storing your information for future use:
As you add items to your profile (such as education, job experience, skills, etc.), make sure to click on the ‘transfer’ button in order to save your information for future use.

Application process:
After entering your information, you must click the “Send Application” button to submit your information to our Recruitment team. Once you have successfully completed the process, you will see a confirmation message that your application was sent.

Attach Resume:
If you have a resume, don’t forget to attach it to your application.

Pop-up Blockers:
If you have your pop-up blocker turned “on”, please temporarily deactivate it during your online application process.

Coming Soon: Completing an online application will get even easier with the implementation of a technology called "resume parsing." You will be able to upload your resume in a Word document, which will pre-fill the application form for you.
