The following diversity-focused groups team up with us in order to attract, train and support women and minorities.

DiversityInc is the leading publication on diversity and business. Founded in 1998 as a web-based publication, its monthly print magazine was launched in 2002. DiversityInc.com has the largest dedicated career center for diverse professionals, and a core part of its business is benchmarking companies against the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity data.
  Emma L. Bowen Foundation
Established by the media industry to help increase minority students' access to permanent job opportunities through its cooperative internship program.
 HBCU HBCUConnect
HBCU stands for Historically Black Colleges and Universities. HBCUs were founded in the late 1800's to address the educational needs of Freed Slaves and Native Americans. Today HBCUs are the top producers of professional African American talent and remain extremely important to the needs of the black community.

iHispano.com is the largest and most viewed and visited website for Hispanic and Bilingual Professionals. Since 1999, iHispano has been committed to promoting Hispanic Employment and networking opportunities through its partnerships with leading Hispanic organizations and corporate clients.
 NAMIC National Association of Minorities in Communications (NAMIC)
Advocates for a telecommunications industry that values and demonstrates diversity in leadership, employment, procurement, programming and ownership.
  National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA)
Established in 1970, the National Black MBA Association is dedicated to develop partnerships that result in the creation of intellectual and economic wealth in the black community. In partnership with over 400 of the country’s top business organizations, the association has inroads into a wide range of industries as well as the public and private sector. Yet all of NBMBAA’s partners have one thing in common: they’re all committed to the organization's goals and values.
  National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA)
NSHMBA was created in 1988 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Widely known as the “Premier Hispanic Organization,” NSHMBA serves 32 chapters and 7,000 members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. It exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the U.S., so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation’s diverse workforce.

Provides support, education, information and resources to the communications industry through placement, partnership and information related to diversity.
  Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT)
Empowers and educates women to achieve their professional goals through opportunities for leadership, networking and advocacy.
